Dietmor Dahem, was our guest speaker for the day in ADV91. I took some valuable information from his presentation. The idea of connectivity in our everyday world blows my mind. That's what we want in life, right? To feel connected. Dahem spoke of FAME, TRUST, now-ism, first-ism, con-sumer, pro-sumer and I felt it was easy to understand and take in. In my opinion the best subject was the exceeding expectations subject, where Dahem opened the idea of these "Brand" companies delevering their product beyond the expectation, and that Good is the enemy of Great.
